Shipping
Most orders placed are fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment center.
During the months of April through October, orders containing meltable products are fulfilled by merchant and may have a longer processing time.
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Due to food safety and the nature of our products, all items are sold on a non-refundable basis unless deemed defective.
If you feel that your product is defective, you may contact us by email at hello@nutrafig.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis.
This policy only applies to items that have been purchased through nutrafig.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer's terms and conditions.
